Waiver and Release Agreement

  • You will not divert any product for human consumption, resell, or otherwise violate regulations regarding controlled substances or research chemicals.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

7. Modification and Termination

Optimus Peptides reserves the right to amend, update, or terminate this agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website or purchase of our products constitutes ongoing acceptance of this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
